Meeting someone from the Past

Isis: *is wandering by humming to herself*


Yami Yugi: *He is still down. He seems unable to move or even put things in order. Bakura had more allies somewhere. Who knows how many they are! Or where they are hiding!*


Isis: *looks around and sees him* My Pharaoh.


Yami Yugi: *He gasps and turns around*

Who's there?! Show yourself!


Isis: It's just me Isis.

*looks him over*


Yami Yugi: Isis...?

*slowly questions and then turns around and sees a woman in the shadows*

Ishizu?!


Isis: *doesn't show the annoyance of being call Ishizu*

No Isis, Ishizu is the descendant.

*looks him over at the way his body language is reacting*


Yami Yugi: De...scendant...?

*asks surprised but when he sees her he realizes what she means. She looks exactly like Ishizu*

Her descendant.... That means...you had something to do with me in the past...?


Isis: Yes, I was your priestess...


Yami Yugi: My...priestess...

*he repeats like an echo*


Isis: Yes,  I was or is one of your guardians. Time travel can be confusing, and you don't look well.


Yami Yugi: *He turns his back at her, his bangs shadowing his eyes*

I'm fine

*he says coldly*

Of all times...someone from my past...came now?! Now that I made a vow never to be attatched to a person till Bakura is defeated?!

*and another thought strikes his mind*

What if she is part of those "friends" Bakura has mentioned?! What if she's on his part? I mean...she seems familiar...she can't be lying about that but still...what if he...?


Isis: Oh goody, one of them moods I see. You and your father are exactly the same. Pharaoh I know you better than you do right now, and you're a horrible lair. *hands on her hips in that mother stance* Whatever is going on in your head needs to stop, now. You're no good to anyone in an attitude like that.


Yami Yugi: I never intended to lie...in first place! Damn Bakura!

I don't know what you're talking about!

*he says coldly, as coldly as he can. He walks to Billy who is munching some grass nearby and pats his white neck*

In any case, Isis, whoever you are, you must stay away from me! Believe me it is for the best for you and for everyone else. I do not remember you, I do not know who you are or what was your relationship with me in the past. I do not know what happened to me 3000 years ago and I do not know what it is yet to happen!

*he climbs up onto the horse's back and gets hold of the bridles*

However I know this, there is an enemy I must fight and I must do it on my own! When everything's over we'll have all the time you want for chit and chat!


Isis: Oh brother you are definitely your father's child.  *trying to control herself but it needs to be said* Go ahead and do as you wish since clearly no one can stop you but when you get your host killed and everyone else is kidnapped to draw you out because you believe you have to do this alone remember that it will be your fault. You didn't do it alone Pharaoh, regardless of what you think. Your friends will always follow you no matter what you try to do, be the Pharaoh I remember you to be, not who you are now. The way you are now, just from what I am seeing, you are going to get everyone killed. Your father tried something similar once as did your uncle and it ended badly.  


But go ahead and be the stubborn child to proud to ask for help with the belief that everything is on your shoulders, and yours alone.


Yami Yugi: *He hisses as he holds the bridles tighter*

You know nothing!

*he says a bit more harshly than he intended to, but he feels like being pulled and pushed by many sides at the same time. He feels his patience as human is lost minutes now, and now she actually half-insults his pride and skill makes him feel as if he is ready to explode even if he knows she is not at fault for his own mess*

I forbid you to speak of things you do not understand!

*He says again feeling some primary instinct inside him, like he knows he's been giving orders as Pharaoh and now this is a second nature to him. The horse hits his front right leg on the ground impatiently waiting for the rider to bring him back to his stables to sleep*

I am taking everything upon my back cause this is how it should be! I might not remember my father or anything else that happened so many years ago, however I will not allow anyone else to get hurt because of me or because of mistakes I have made! When everything is over I'll be glad to come to you and discuss about my father and past! Go home Isis!

*and with those words he kicks the horse and starts riding away fast with the second horse, Bakura had taken following him*


Isis: *narrows her eyes secretly grateful she's not back in their time or she would have held her tongue*

As you wish my Pharaoh, may Ra help you. *totally plans on following and disobeying the last order to go home and watches him ride off* //My job is to protect you and that goes above your orders of staying away.//
